I stayed for four nights with my family while visiting Tokyo, and the spacious room with a kitchenette was a game changer. We were just a short stroll away from Tsukiji Honganji Temple and several convenience stores for quick snacks. The quiet residential area made for a nice escape after a day of exploring, though I did wish for a few more nearby dining options that catered to kids. Overall, we enjoyed our time and appreciated the facilities available for family needs.

spacious but limited dining options
The room was spacious enough for our family with all essential amenities! The kitchenette was handy, allowing us to prepare some meals ourselves. The staff kindly stored our bags after check-out, which gave us extra time to explore the city before our flight.
I wish there were more dining options nearby, especially for families.

Excellent washing facilities.

missingWrote a review on Oct 11inconvenient access
Accessing the nearest metro station involves a longer-than-expected walk, especially with luggage, and requires navigating several steps. Also, the lack of an elevator for exit 7 at Shintomicho station is a definite downside. Room entry is cumbersome, involving two separate 6-digit codes, which gets annoying quickly. Lastly, the air conditioning struggles to keep the room cool enough, making it a bit uncomfortable during warmer days.

The location is excellent, close to multiple metro lines, which made exploring the city a breeze. The room was spacious, equipped with a kitchenette and modern amenities, making it very convenient for our family. Access to the building was highly automated, which was convenient but might not suit everyone's preference for traditional check-in.
